This home was a fun chance to take a builder's concept and add the finishing touches to create a feel that the client's envisioned. We arrived at the Monogram Custom Homes project just in time to select lighting, flooring, hardware, and furnishings. Those final elements make a huge difference in the overall feel of a space and in this case really added the "frosting" to the cake! We loved the layout, material selections and overall feel of the home, and were so excited that by adding the finishing touches and some tile changes that it became just what the owners had dreamt.

By incorporating polished nickel, brass and bronzes the spaces really took shape and became a blend of traditional and modern design.
